Yeah, I can imagine. Is there some sort of government grant you can get? I suppose you'd have to get a loan or something. I really respect independant magazines, it's a lot of effort! I'm the editor of my school newspaper, and help out at my local newspaper and that in itself is really difficult and requires a lot of work and it's only a newspaper... and small one at that.
